All prices in EURO. The prices for the apartments are based on the minimum number of persons (excluding final cleaning and local tax). In case of multiple occupancy of an apartment, a surcharge for the third, fifth or sixth person will be charged.

With it you can enjoy lots of inclusive services and discounts in Paznaun! The price of your discount card is not included in the overnight tax and will be charged separately.

Prices

The apartment prices are in EURO per apartment and night, excluding local tax.

Surcharge several persons

Please note that where apartments are occupied by several people an extra charge is levied for the third and fifth/sixth persons.

Local tax

The local tax of Euro 3,00 per day and per person will be charged extra. Children up to 15 years are free of tourist tax.

Final cleaning

The prices listed excl. final cleaning!

Short stays

For a stay of up to 3 days we charge a short-stay supplement of 10%.  

High season

In high season (Ski Magic) we hope you will understand that the maximum apartment price for the apartment concerned is charged.

Free ski storage

Free ski storage area at the Pardatschgratbahn. No more annoyance of having to schlep about with your skis! One of our special comfort plus services - as a guest in the alpinea you can store your skis, boards and shoes right at the Pardatschgratbahn free of charge. A locker provides space for two pairs of skis and snowboards, two pairs of shoes (with drying system) and helmets. We guarantee 1 ski depot for a small apartment (2 persons) and 2 ski depots for a large apartment (4 persons).

Parking spaces

There is one parking space per apartment.

Arrival and departure

On the day of arrival you are entitled to your booked accommodation from approx. 3 p. m. on your departure we ask you to vacate the apartment by 9 a. m.

Reservation

For firm reservation (only in writing) of an apartment we request an agreed deposit (free of charge for recipients).

Where a reservation (accommodation contract) is effected, application of the Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions of the Association of Hotels and Guesthouses (Fachverbandes der Beherbergungsbetriebe) is deemed agreed. Where prices in the confirmation of reservation differ, the quoted prices as per price-list shall always apply.

Pets not allowed

Unfortunately we can not accommodate pets due to health aspects.

When making an online booking through our website, the booking process will be concluded on the official website of the easy-booking.at.

Cancellation options

Cancellations are only valid in writing. The provisions of the Austrian hotel contract conditions apply.
In case of short-term cancellation, as well as in case of early departure, we have to charge the price for the entire length of stay. We recommend taking out a travel cancellation insurance via www.europaeische.at.
